About Nina Watkins
I’m proud to be a new member of Virginia Country Real Estate, Inc. Originally from Destin, Florida. I’ve lived here since 1990. Over the past 25 years, my husband Jeff and I have designed, built, sold, and purchased waterfront properties and several larger parcels of land. We have enjoyed the relaxed countryside and waterways of Virginia’s Tidewater area. We’ve loved raising our family here in Gloucester County.
It has been a long-time goal of mine to work more closely with the community, connecting you with homes and properties that will allow you to enjoy and enhance your everyday life. As a former fitness instructor, elementary school teacher, and local business owner, I’ve been able to meet many wonderful people in Gloucester, Yorktown, and Williamsburg areas. Some of my gifts include forming relationships and helping to connect people with the things and places that will give them joy and peace of mind.
