Joan is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a BS in Business Adminstration. She has earned her certifactions in CRB (Certified Broker Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute). Joan is a member of Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors, Virginia Assoiation of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She has been recognized in Who's Who in America and is a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club. Joan has been awarded the Code of Ethics Award from Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Joan is active in the American Red Cross and has served as a water safety instructor since 1984. She also enjoys gardening, flower arranging, kayaking, golf, tennis and swimming.
